Job Summary

This R&D Hardware Developer role focuses on the conception, component selection, and dimensioning of complex embedded systems within the Smart Industry sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating schematics that comply with relevant standards and EMC requirements, collaborating closely with various specialist departments. Key daily tasks include maintaining meticulous development documentation, executing and documenting rigorous tests, and reviewing schematics and layouts. You will also support manufacturing, manage product maintenance, and develop new designs while adhering to established product realization processes (LEAN, PLM). The position requires a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, several years of professional experience in circuit and PCB design, and expertise in CAD tools and simulation. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, and the role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovation within a global, technology-driven environment, often utilizing hybrid work models.
