Job Summary

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for planning and leading test management tasks within large-scale, often department-specific, classical and agile projects, adhering to ERGO's test standards and methodologies. Your role involves strategically planning and controlling the deployment of test resources, defining test approaches, and managing test support services across various system and project portfolio clusters. You will lead a team of direct reports within your assigned clusters, contribute to the evolution of company-wide test standards, and collaborate with international onshore and offshore teams. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex test processes from planning and execution to reporting and documentation, ensuring successful project completion within a dynamic environment.
