Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist within the Digitalization and IT department of Kliniken Südostbayern AG, a major regional healthcare provider. The specialist will be crucial in ensuring seamless IT operations by handling and dispatching IT tickets, providing direct on-site support for hardware and software issues across hospital locations, and managing the setup and optimization of IT workstations. Key responsibilities also include collaborating closely with expert teams on complex problems, monitoring IT resources for policy compliance, and actively sharing knowledge within the team to maintain high service levels. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, strong foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems and common Office applications, and ideally experience with Active Directory management and Hospital Information Systems (KIS). Education

Experience
- Professional experience in an IT-relevant area
- Experience in the setup and maintenance of hardware and software
- Experience working with Windows operating systems and common Office applications
- Desirable experience in managing Active Directory (user accounts, group policies, permissions)
- Ideally experience in IT support within a hospital environment and familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (KIS)
