This Junior IT Support and Administrator role serves as the primary technical contact for trainees, teachers, and staff, providing essential First-Level Support for all IT systems. Key daily tasks include managing and maintaining Surface tablets utilized by trainees, alongside comprehensive user and permissions management. The administrator will leverage their expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Office, Teams, Azure, and Intune, as well as server administration, to ensure smooth operations. Furthermore, the position offers a unique opportunity to actively support the implementation of a new training and continuing education system and contribute to the design of the future IT infrastructure.
