Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive coordination and execution of complex building construction, interior fit-out, and infrastructure projects across all service phases (LPH 1-8). The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning site logistics, organizing construction phases, and creating and managing detailed schedules, ensuring active deadline adherence. A core component of the job is quality assurance, checking the work results of all project participants throughout planning and construction. Key tasks also include drafting specifications, preparing tender documents, and monitoring planning content, timelines, and costs. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and possesses several years of professional experience in planning complex construction projects in Germany, coupled with strong knowledge of German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN 276).
