Job Summary

This role involves managing and maintaining critical electrical infrastructure within the gas and water networks of a major regional energy provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical systems used in gas pressure regulation and metering facilities. Key day-to-day duties include the construction and maintenance of electrical operating equipment, such as pressure transducers and position initiators, and the ongoing support and development of Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) technology, including PLC control systems. The technician will also coordinate external contractors for electrical maintenance, perform mandatory DGUV V3 safety inspections, and conduct thorough troubleshooting and fault resolution, including participation in the on-call service. They will also assist colleagues with maintenance on gas-carrying valves.
