This role is part of the Deloitte Cyber Response Team, supporting national and international clients during cyber incidents and eDiscovery projects. The engineer will be responsible for performing computer forensic data backups across complex IT infrastructures and assisting with forensic analysis of log files to determine attacker behavior following hacking incidents. A key part of the job involves efficiently supporting customers and the team in executing eDiscovery projects. Furthermore, the role includes administering the computer forensic laboratory and data center, ensuring precise documentation and logging of all work and results. Ideal candidates should possess a completed or nearly completed university degree in Computer Science, preferably specialized in IT Security, alongside strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructures and operating systems like Windows, GNU/Linux, and OSX.
