Job Summary

This critical role focuses on project scheduling for mobility and safety-relevant infrastructure initiatives, primarily based in Berlin and Essen. The Scheduler is responsible for creating and maintaining robust project schedules to ensure effective project execution. Daily tasks include conducting progress tracking, performing target-actual comparisons (variance analysis), and analyzing trends. The role requires checking the feasibility of timelines, analyzing resource availability, and developing alternative scheduling scenarios to minimize risks. Success in this position demands strong coordination and communication skills to align with project stakeholders and clarify interfaces. Candidates must possess a technical degree or technician qualification paired with multi-year experience in planning complex investment projects, along with mandatory proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. The position offers a permanent contract and the flexibility of a hybrid work model.
