Job Summary
This permanent position requires an experienced professional to lead the technical facility management operations for Michels Hotels, focusing on properties across North Sea islands like Norderney. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the permanent operational readiness of all building technical systems, requiring hands-on practical involvement, maintenance planning, and coordination of repairs both internally and with external contractors. A key aspect is the leadership and organization of the daily technical business, including providing technical guidance and support to local teams in close cooperation with house management. Successful candidates must possess a completed technical qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman or Technician), significant experience in technical building services, and proven leadership skills managing technical staff. Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation is essential.
