Job Summary

As a Global Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing new business opportunities with strategic clients, further establishing SIBA as a global technology leader in high/medium voltage fuses. This role demands a deep understanding of H/M voltage protection applications and the commercial procurement processes of utilities and energy infrastructure providers. Day-to-day, you will analyze market trends, engage with existing customers to identify needs, represent SIBA at international conferences, prepare compelling proposals, and develop comprehensive business and account plans. You will also lead contract negotiations, oversee business cases for new product development, and meticulously document progress for management reporting. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in electrical engineering, extensive B2B sales experience, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field, or technical training with additional qualification as a Technician.

Experience

  • Multiple years of comprehensive sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven professional experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Key Account Manager in an industrial manufacturing company
  • Professional experience in high/medium voltage power distribution (for candidates with technical training)
