Daily responsibilities include conducting operational rounds to proactively detect defects, meticulously controlling the functionality of technical installations, devices, and elevators, and maintaining detailed defect lists. You will manage communication and coordination with external service providers, overseeing their maintenance work, and executing necessary minor repair and renovation projects within the hotel.
