Job Summary

This leadership role involves actively shaping the development of innovative level sensors within an international, innovative company based in Tettnang, Germany. The successful candidate will assume technical and disciplinary responsibility for the development team, focusing on ensuring the highest product quality and fostering employee growth. Day-to-day tasks include strategic development of the level sensor product group, creating the product roadmap and system specifications based on customer needs, and coordinating product-related activities across international development and production sites. Key requirements include a degree in Electronics, extensive experience in leadership and system engineering, and strong knowledge of electronics development for high-quality series products, particularly regarding ATEX directives.
