Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated scientist passionate about Pharma and Life Science, focusing on complex development projects within Downstream Processing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Downstream work packages, troubleshooting, and executing process transfer and lifecycle projects. Key daily tasks include creating necessary documentation for regulatory submissions, reporting to stakeholders, and developing concepts in Manufacturing Science Drug Substance while coordinating with other sites. As a subject matter expert, you will support scientific areas, make critical decisions, and foster collaboration with internal and external partners. The role requires a strong background in (Pharmaceutical) Biotechnology or Chemistry, specific expertise in Downstream Processing of mammalian cells, and process transfer knowledge. You will also contribute to developing the lab team's capabilities and promoting an innovative team culture.
