Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Requirements Engineer to drive the next level of technological solutions for high-profile clients, specializing in software projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive gathering, analysis, and documentation of requirements in close collaboration with customers and stakeholders. The engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining functional and technical specifications (Lasten-/Pflichtenhefte), Use Cases, and User Stories, while also supporting the definition of system and software architectures. Furthermore, the role involves conducting requirement reviews with interdisciplinary teams and contributing to the improvement of Requirements Engineering methods. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, possesses professional experience in Requirements Engineering (preferably within the Automotive, Aerospace, or Embedded sectors), and is proficient in using modeling languages like UML/SysML and tools such as Windchill, PTC, and Jira. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for success in this interdisciplinary role.
