This permanent role, based in Karlsruhe, seeks a dedicated Building Services Maintenance Technician to act as the primary contact for clients regarding the operation and monitoring of complex building technology systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve performing reliable maintenance, inspections, and functional checks on technical facilities within your specialization (Electrical or HVAC). You will actively troubleshoot and resolve system faults, manage and supervise external subcontractors, and meticulously document and track warranty defects. A key component of the role is participating in the rotating on-call duty roster. The ideal candidate holds a relevant vocational qualification (such as an Electrician for Building Systems, Electrical Installer, or HVAC Mechanic) and possesses initial professional experience in building technology.
