Job Summary

This role as a Metrology Technician involves ensuring the highest quality standards for inorganic-bonded sand cores used in foundries, supporting the company's focus on "Core Manufacturing 4.0." The technician will primarily execute optical measurements of tools using advanced systems such as the Atos Scanbox, performing precise surface and contour analyses. Key daily responsibilities include the proper use of measuring and testing equipment, meticulously processing measurement protocols, and generating internal initial sample inspection reports (ISIRs). The successful candidate must independently plan, execute, and archive measurement orders, critically evaluate results, and coordinate findings internally. Required qualifications include successful vocational training, ideally in toolmaking or mold making, proven experience with optical measurement systems (GOM/Atos preferred), strong organizational skills, and excellent German language proficiency. The position offers varied tasks within a modern, digitized work environment.
