Job Summary

This part-time Accounting Specialist role offers a secure, permanent position within a friendly and highly motivated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for key accounting areas, including invoice control against legal regulations, credit limit checks, and preparing documentation for VAT audits by the tax authorities. Day-to-day tasks involve creating and monitoring internal statistics for tax consultants, submitting mandatory statistical reports to government agencies, and managing business travel logistics. This includes advising colleagues on organization and cost processing, preparing travel expense reports, and reviewing corporate credit card statements. The ideal candidate has completed training as a tax specialist, possesses professional experience, and is proficient in accounting principles, ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), and MS Office tools, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.
