Job Summary

This position seeks an experienced PLC Programmer to manage the full software development lifecycle for series machines in the Augsburg area. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing concepts, implementing, testing, and documenting PLC software. A critical focus will be placed on optimizing existing systems through standardization and enhancing user-friendliness. The role requires conducting thorough error analyses, followed by the commissioning of series machines both in-house and at customer locations, primarily within the DACH region. Additionally, the programmer will be responsible for training various internal and external users on the machinery. Key qualifications include a technical degree or technician certification in fields like Automation Technology or Electrical Engineering, professional experience in PLC programming (ideally using B&R and Sigmatek according to IEC61131-3), fluent German, and good English skills.
