The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will assume strategic overall responsibility for the global HR and Academy organization within the SKAN Group, reporting directly to the CEO. This executive role is pivotal in shaping the company culture and ensuring the sustainable strengthening of human capital worldwide. The position offers significant scope for strategic development in areas such as organizational development, talent management, compensation & benefits, HR compliance, and the digitalization of global HR processes and tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading international HR teams, defining and implementing the global HR strategy in collaboration with local teams, managing global payroll administration, and advising executive management on personnel matters. This challenging role requires extensive international leadership experience at a C-Level or Director level, deep expertise in global HR management and organizational transformation, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
