Job Summary

This role involves actively managing and advancing the IT security architecture for a central service company within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of systems. The specialist will focus on proactive threat detection and assessment, particularly concerning emerging risks in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud technologies, and hybrid infrastructures. Key responsibilities include conducting risk and vulnerability analyses, developing and implementing security policies, and supporting incident response and audits. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or Information Security, along with several years of experience in IT security, preferably within the financial sector. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, initiative, and a deep understanding of relevant regulatory requirements such as BAIT, DORA, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
