Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive project leadership for large investment and maintenance projects within the hydropower sector. The Senior Project Manager will lead an interdisciplinary project team, coordinating both internal and external stakeholders from the initial design phase through to implementation, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards. A key responsibility is proactive risk management and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle, including compliance with planning and project management processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of new project management processes and tools, and act as a project coach for other project leaders.
