Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to join a successful, established company in Greven. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and inventory management of IT workstations, encompassing both hardware and software, as well as peripheral devices. Key daily activities include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, documenting solutions, and assisting with the administration of Windows systems, MS Office, Active Directory, and telephone systems. The position requires strong customer service skills to support users with IT problems, manage user accounts, and participate in various IT projects, including contract management and invoice processing. The ideal candidate must possess relevant IT qualifications or professional experience, experience in system support, and fluency in German.
