Job Summary

This role involves critical infrastructure management for the municipality of Gäufelden, focusing on civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will act as the client representative, overseeing and managing external planning and engineering firms. Key responsibilities include the planning, construction management, and billing of small to medium-sized construction measures, alongside the operation, inspection, and maintenance of municipal infrastructure and properties. The position requires a degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Construction Technician, coupled with strong knowledge of construction and planning law, and ideally, public procurement law. The role demands negotiation skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
