This role involves essential, detail-oriented bookkeeping and financial administration within the City Treasury/Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing critical financial processes, including clearing, debit, dunning, and enforcement procedures, as well as managing the recording and monitoring of deferrals. A core component of the role is central mandate administration for SEPA direct debit procedures and contacting external fee payers. To succeed, candidates must possess professional experience in accounting and familiarity with specialized software such like Infoma and Avviso, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
