Job Summary

This role is for a (Senior) Consultant specializing in Data & Analytics within the People Advisory Services line, focusing on compliance for Short Term Business Travel. The professional will be instrumental in designing and developing cutting-edge software solutions for multinational clients. Day-to-day tasks involve managing, standardizing, and improving master data quality for EY's compliance software across diverse technical environments. A key function is process optimization through automation, coordinating data migration flows, and managing interfaces with numerous stakeholders, including product, testing, and technical teams (Backend, Frontend, RPA). The role also requires leading Data & Analytics workshops and providing support for software engineering processes, including API solutions and bug analysis. Candidates must possess a relevant university degree and professional experience in fields like Computer Science or Business Informatics. Essential technical skills include proficiency with data management tools (e.g., MS Excel, GitHub, Postman, MS Azure DevOps) and a solid understanding of software engineering principles (e.g., SOLID, unit testing). Fluency (C1 minimum) in both German and English is required, along with an agile, curious, and collaborative mindset.
