Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Digital Network Processes and Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring reliable energy supply to approximately 200,000 households across the LSW Netz service area. Your primary responsibilities involve leading the team responsible for CAD, digital processes, and systems, and managing the entire SAP-PM environment, including deployment planning and mobile order processing using the Argos Work Force Management (WFM) system. You will oversee the technical and IT support for network documentation (GIS, utilizing SmallWorld and Lovion), ensuring quality management and plan information services. A key focus will be acting as the expert consultant for digital processes within network operations and driving the strategic development of technical IT systems to optimize costs and processes. Success requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, proven experience in project management and team leadership, and strong IT proficiency, particularly with SAP-PM and GIS systems, alongside a Class B driving license.
