Job Summary
This fixed-term, 75% position supports the Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences in its strategic 'ProfX' project, aimed at strengthening its competitive position in recruiting highly qualified professors. The Project Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust Employer Branding strategy to enhance the university's identity and attractiveness as an employer. Key daily tasks include conceptualizing and realizing communication measures, establishing target-group specific HR marketing, and managing selected social media channels through strategic content creation and format design. Furthermore, the role involves planning and executing Employer Branding events, evaluating the success of measures, and actively assisting appointment committees with candidate sourcing and onboarding new professorial staff. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in a relevant field (administration, economics, or communications), demonstrates strong digital media proficiency, and possesses fluent German communication skills. This role offers significant creative latitude and the opportunity to drive strategic organizational change.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree, preferably in an administrative, economic, or communication science field, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Knowledge or experience in Personnel Marketing, Employer Branding, and Recruitment (Desired)
- Knowledge of university structures and academic career paths (Desired)
- Professional experience in creative, effect-oriented project work
