Job Summary

This role is for an experienced or aspiring System Technician specializing in high-voltage Lithium-Ion batteries and industrial charging systems, working for AIM Batterie Vertriebs GmbH, part of the global Triathlon Group. Based in Fürth and operating across Northern Bavaria (Greater Nuremberg region), the technician is responsible for the full lifecycle support of energy solutions provided to industrial partners. Day-to-day tasks involve performing maintenance and complex repairs on batteries and chargers both in the workshop and directly at customer sites. Key duties also include the assembly and commissioning of new charging systems, including crucial load management setup. The technician acts as a vital technical consultant, supporting the sales team, conducting detailed fault analysis, and providing technical diagnosis. Success in this role requires strong electronics knowledge and a willingness to travel regionally at least 50% to service clients.
