This role involves essential administrative support within the Travel Management service point of the Bundeswehr Service Center in Munich. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating travel expense compensation, particularly for applicant journeys, and handling the daily flow of incoming and outgoing mail for the department. Key duties also include managing office supplies and IT consumables, alongside performing general administrative tasks for the section.
