Job Summary

This role seeks a Battery Technology Development Engineer to join a stable, long-standing engineering firm specializing in vehicle and energy technology projects across Germany. The primary focus involves contributing to the development of high-voltage Lithium-Ion batteries and Battery Management Systems (BMS), primarily for the Automotive and Rail sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous troubleshooting, fault analysis, and coordinating crucial validation and error correction measures, while serving as a key communicator with OEMs, development partners, and suppliers. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and possess initial professional experience in battery technology or energy storage systems. Success in this role requires strong self-reliance, teamwork, and communication skills, alongside fluency in German (C1) and good English (B2) skills.
