Service Engineer/Technician Test Benches | Service-Ingenieur/-Techniker Prüfstände (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves extensive international travel (approx. 90%) to national and international customer sites, where you will be responsible for the commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and repair of test benches. You will provide independent customer support, perform remote maintenance, and create service reports and offers in collaboration with the sales team. The position requires close cooperation with the factory, global service locations, and various interfaces between customers, engineering, and project management. Ideal candidates will have a background in electrical engineering or mechatronics, proficiency in PLC programming, and a strong customer-service orientation.
