Job Summary

This role requires an experienced and operationally focused leader to manage the Base Paste production team of nine employees within the BERLAC GROUP, a key system partner in the plastics and coatings industry. Day-to-day responsibilities include active team leadership, organizing shifts, monitoring machinery, scheduling employees, and ensuring strict adherence to all safety regulations. A critical component of the role involves supporting production planning, specifically optimizing plant utilization regarding setup times and product flow. The ideal candidate holds completed vocational training as a Chemical Technician, ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman certification, coupled with several years of experience in staff leadership. Key prerequisites include a forklift driver's license, strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP), and expertise in handling hazardous materials.
