Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive administration and maintenance of the Windows client and server environment, serving as a critical IT System Administrator for an IT service provider. Key daily tasks include managing and optimizing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, specifically Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune, and overseeing the core IT infrastructure, including network, security, and backup systems. You will be responsible for user and rights management via Active Directory and Azure AD, performing crucial troubleshooting, and documenting processes and systems. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification and solid professional experience administering Windows environments, coupled with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 components. This position offers the flexibility of full or part-time employment, the option for mobile working, and a permanent contract in Nördlingen.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable qualification
Experience
- Solid professional experience in the administration of Windows clients and servers
- Professional experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, etc.)
- Experience with Azure AD and Intune is advantageous
