Job Summary

This role involves supporting the technical team of a renowned grid operator, focusing on the coordination and administrative project management for medium and low voltage construction projects. The Technical Coordination Administrator will handle essential commercial processes, including placing orders, managing quotes, processing re-invoicing, and controlling deadlines. A significant part of the job involves external communication, liaising with authorities, external companies, and private property owners regarding certifications and regulatory notifications (e.g., water rights notifications). Furthermore, the administrator coordinates interfaces between technical staff, procurement, accounting, and framework contract firms, manages crop damage compensation, and prepares completion and partial completion reports. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman) in fields like Electrical Engineering or IT Systems Electronics, possesses strong conceptual thinking skills, and is proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. This full-time position in Kolkwitz offers a temporary contract with a strong option for extension and permanent employment, including the flexibility of a home office option after the initial training period.
