Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of the company's data landscape by working at the intersection of data, business, and technology. The BI Data Engineer will play a key role in building, operating, and advancing a new BI & Analytics Platform for the Bell Food Group, utilizing the Microsoft Data Platform. Day-to-day tasks include developing data models, ETL processes, and Power BI reports from diverse source systems (SAP, CSB, Excel), as well as creating SQL Server Analysis Services Tabular Models. The engineer will also be responsible for maintaining a stable operational environment, monitoring systems, and actively participating in agile projects (Scrum/Kanban) to continuously evolve the BI landscape. The ideal candidate is a data-enthusiastic team player with a degree in (Business) Informatics or Data Science, possessing strong knowledge of the Microsoft Data Platform and experience in Data Warehousing and ETL processes.
