Job Summary

This role involves professional project planning and scheduling for turnkey High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) systems within Siemens Energy, a global leader in the energy sector. The Project Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed schedules throughout the project execution phase, actively supporting overall project timelines. Key responsibilities include continuous monitoring of project progress, performing variance analyses, and generating critical path reports for internal stakeholders. A crucial aspect is independently developing innovative solutions to overcome scheduling challenges, coordinating closely with the project management team, and optimizing time schedules using advanced methodologies like Critical Path Analysis and S-Curves. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related field, coupled with at least three years of experience in project execution. Advanced proficiency in Primavera scheduling software is mandatory, along with fluent communication skills in both German and English. This position offers flexible working arrangements and requires moderate national and international travel (10-20%).
