Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position as a Production Planning and Control Specialist involves ensuring efficient manufacturing operations by meticulously scheduling and monitoring production orders, taking into account capacity, resources, and material availability. The role requires creating and optimizing detailed work plans to maintain seamless processes. A key responsibility is contributing to continuous improvement through value stream analyses and actively participating in the planning and development of manufacturing lines, from layout design to implementing new procedures. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Industrial Engineering, specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience, particularly within the highly regulated automotive sector. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAGE Office Line is desirable) is required, alongside a structured, goal-oriented approach and the ability to remain calm and flexible under pressure while enjoying teamwork.
