Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Design Engineer specializing in refrigeration technology to join a long-established company focusing on industrial and commercial cooling solutions across Europe. The core responsibilities involve the comprehensive planning and design of electro-technical switchgear, including the crucial task of schematic creation using EPLAN Electric P8. You will be responsible for detailing terminal diagrams, cable lists, and bills of materials, while ensuring all designs adhere strictly to current VDE norms and technical standards. A key aspect of the job is the norm-compliant selection and dimensioning of switching devices and cables. The ideal candidate holds a relevant technical qualification (such as a certified Electrical Engineering Technician) and possesses fundamental professional experience in electrical planning, coupled with strong proficiency in EPLAN P8 and MS Office.
