Job Summary
This strategic role focuses on the long-term development of the digital workplace within the Brandenburg state administration, ensuring a future-proof IT infrastructure and organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing IT architecture enhancements, integrating new central IT applications, and ensuring compliance with data protection and information security regulations. A key aspect of the role involves establishing and managing ITIL-based processes, particularly in service design and incident management, and driving organizational change initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging tasks within a dedicated team, contributing to the modernization of public sector IT services.
Required Skills
Education
Master's degree or university diploma in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Administrative Sciences, or a comparable field. Alternatively, demonstrable equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in the strategic development of IT systems, preferably in digital workplace solutions
- Several years of relevant professional experience in the strategic development of IT systems, preferably in the context of digital workplace solutions
- Familiarity with concepts and principles of modern IT architectures and the ability to conceptually develop them
- Good knowledge in data protection and information security, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical IT concepts
- Experience in the analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes and in shaping change processes

- Willingness to undergo an extended security clearance (Ü2 according to § 9 SÜG). Driver's license and willingness to use a company car are desirable. Willingness to be on-call is desirable.
