Job Summary

As a Commissioning Engineer for HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) systems, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful operation of complex energy technology. Your daily tasks will involve conducting rigorous integration and functional tests of control and protection hardware and software for HVDC plants within the company's test center. You'll independently perform and document Functional and Dynamic Performance Tests, including crucial customer acceptance tests. A significant part of this role involves worldwide commissioning of HVDC/HGÜ systems, adhering to strict technical, schedule, and budget requirements. You will also support commissioning management in quality, risk, and claim management, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and technical reviews. This position is ideal for an electrical or energy engineer with a strong background in power supply and commissioning, ready for global travel and eager to work with cutting-edge high-voltage technology.
