Job Summary

This position as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, based in Bremen, involves critical analytical work supporting the recycling and waste management operations of the Nehlsen Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis and evaluation of incoming and outgoing solid and liquid waste, as well as the documentation and assessment of wastewater analyses. The technician will actively contribute to the development and optimization of disposal and treatment processes by conducting and evaluating treatment experiments. Essential duties also cover the maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant environmental and safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or Chemical-Technical Assistant, preferably with initial experience in environmental analysis or waste disposal.
