Job Summary

This challenging role as a Planning and Project Manager is vital for shaping the energy future by ensuring the regional power supply and contributing significantly to the energy transition. Day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating and leading energy projects, managing the entire process from the initial customer idea through to the first flow of electricity. This includes connecting renewable energy facilities and new consumers to the existing low and medium voltage power grid. The manager will develop customized energy concepts for regional clients and maintain close contact to ensure customer satisfaction. A key requirement is successfully completed vocational training combined with further education as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering (or comparable qualification). The ideal candidate must be highly motivated to secure the energy supply, possess strong teamwork skills, and be sensitive to workplace safety and health issues.
