Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged IT Specialist to join the System Management / IT Service Metering team, focusing on the planning, development, and provision of critical IT services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in initiating and managing the change and new development processes for IT services, ensuring compliance with Service-Level Agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include maintaining and planning the future IT service model, ensuring strict adherence to IT processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, as well as ISMS and data protection guidelines. The role requires active participation in developing and implementing the IT strategy and architecture roadmaps, managing service-related risks, and planning the IT budget, cost distribution, and billing methods. This position is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in IT Service and Application Management who is ready to drive the energy transition and strengthen regional infrastructure within Germany's largest distribution network operator.
