Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Manager to spearhead Operational Excellence initiatives within a leading manufacturing organization near St. Gallen, Switzerland. You will be instrumental in shaping a culture of Lean thinking across a complex production environment. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading the identification and execution of CI and OPEX projects, applying the DMAIC methodology, and managing internal reporting on waste analysis and savings. A key component of the role is developing performance management tools and KPIs, while promoting Lean and Six Sigma principles through training and guidance across all functions. The ideal candidate must hold an Engineering degree and possess over three years of industrial experience in CI, Lean, and Six Sigma within process-based industries. Success requires being a strong communicator capable of influencing site leadership and the broader EMEA CI network, driving measurable performance gains and cultural change across a large workforce. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.

Experience
- 3+ years of industrial experience
- Strong background in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and operational leadership within process-based industries
- Experience analyzing productivity and waste using statistical and quality tools
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across a large workforce
