This role involves leading and managing complex structural engineering projects from initial planning through execution and completion. The successful candidate will coordinate all construction tasks, including new builds, conversions, renovations, and deconstruction of buildings and civil structures. Key responsibilities include managing costs, schedules, and billing, primarily focusing on service phases 5 through 9 of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), with an option to engage in phase 4 planning activities.
