Job Summary
This role places you as the Asset Manager responsible for structural civil engineering infrastructure assets within a defined regional area, supporting the modernization and maintenance of Germany's rail network. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting thorough inspections of assets, meticulously evaluating and documenting findings, and initiating necessary follow-up measures and countermeasures for identified failures or weaknesses. You will also oversee the commissioning and monitoring of construction projects within your district and ensure compliance through safety monitoring. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and possesses experience as a construction supervisor or district manager in structural engineering. This position requires strong decision-making skills, high goal orientation, and the ability to confidently communicate and advocate for your ideas, contributing directly to major infrastructure projects.

Education
Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- Successfully completed functional training as a District Manager (KIB) OR
- Professional experience as a Specialist Construction Supervisor / Construction Supervisor
