Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Administrative Director to provide qualified professional support to the First Mayor and lead the central administrative office in the municipality of Schwaig. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive organization of the administration, including managing communal and local statutory law, handling contracts, overseeing economic development, and managing land affairs. A core function involves running the council and committee meeting services, ensuring meticulous preparation and follow-up. Key qualifications include successful completion of the Administrative Specialist (Level II) qualification and several years of experience, ideally within municipal administration. The position demands exceptional organizational skills, decisiveness, assertiveness, resilience, and a strong service orientation when dealing with citizens. This is a full-time, permanent leadership opportunity offering a high degree of autonomy, flexible working arrangements, and competitive compensation (TVöD Pay Grade 12).
