Job Summary
The Data Science and AI Fellow position is a prestigious two-year postgraduate rotational program designed for recent Master's graduates passionate about leveraging digital technologies and data to innovate in synthetic molecules, biologics, and medical device development within Technical Research & Development (TRD). The Fellow will gain intensive hands-on experience across three key areas: Data Modeling, Process Modeling & Simulation, and Process Digitalization, rotating through functions like New Chemical Entities and Biologics. Key responsibilities include developing and validating data models, integrating diverse data sources for advanced analytics, and driving digital transformation initiatives such as workflow automation and digital twins. This role requires a Master's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field, strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript), and experience with AI/machine learning applications and databases (SQL). - Practical knowledge in data structures and databases (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with process automation tools such as Power Apps or Power Automate
