Job Summary

This role is ideal for an Electrical Engineer or certified Technician passionate about sales, focusing on transforming customers into long-term partners within the Berlin and Brandenburg region (PLZ 10-14). You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for electronic components, including PCBs, electromechanical elements, and system assemblies. Day-to-day tasks involve proactively acquiring new clients, expertly advising existing customers on complex technical challenges, and presenting the company's electromechanical product portfolio and services. The position requires frequent travel (approx. three days per week) for on-site customer consultations, independent quote generation, price negotiation, and project management through contract closure. The successful candidate must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial acumen, and be highly self-motivated and organized, with a background in Electrical Engineering or related technical fields.
