Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards by executing detailed inspection plans and meticulously documenting results at the production order level. The specialist is responsible for the critical decision point of releasing approved components for subsequent use or blocking defective products throughout the value chain. Key daily activities include processing 8D reports, initiating necessary corrective actions, and guaranteeing adherence to all quality-relevant documentation. Furthermore, the position requires proactive participation in process optimization by identifying improvement potential, engaging in Shopfloor activities, and performing 5S maintenance measures. Candidates must possess a background as a Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA) or comparable university studies, coupled with professional experience in quality assurance. Proficiency in quality methodologies like ISO 9001, 8D, and Six Sigma, alongside familiarity with SAP/ERP and CAQ systems, is essential.
